Staying in a beautiful Fire Station tonight in Halfway Maryland. It is an all volunteer Department. The hospitality has been unbelievable. Jim, the Chief, took us out to dinner in the Dept's 15 passenger van.
ReplyDeleteMet a Baltimore FF tonight at dinner who will be riding with us the rest of the way to NYC. Funny thing is, he was a student of mine at Oxnard Fire academy in CA in 2003. Small world!
Tomorrow's weather prediction for the 77 mile trip to DC: 6-10" of rain!
